  • coldest day: December 14, 2001 with -14.8°C
  • hottest day: August 13, 2003 with 33.8°C
  • rainiest day: November 23, 2003 with 318.8 mm
  • driest year: 1998 with 1,402 mm
  • wettest year: 2003 with 2,678 mm
  • highest average annual precipitation recorded in the Network at 2,127 mm
  • extremely heavy annual precipitation, the highest recorded in the Network with 2,678 mm in 2003. The actual record probably occurred in 1996. In that year, manual measurements tallied 4,602 mm of precipitation while the weather station only recorded 2,029 mm. This difference is due to the heavy snowfall between January and April which completely buried the weather station and prevented precipitation data from being recorded. However, manual snow depth measurements and estimates of snow density made it possible to calculate the precipitation during this period.
  • Highest maximum daily precipitation in the Network at 318.8 mm
  • greatest negative difference in annual precipitation compared to 2003 throughout the Network, with -619 mm (an exceptional precipitation surplus occurred in 2003).
  • highest maximum number of days with frost in the Network (25 days)
  • longest number of consecutive hours (24 hours) in one day with relative humidity below 40% recorded in the Network (tied with EPC 08, EPC 74, EPC 87, PL 20, PM 72, SP 05, SP 25 and SP 38).
