The forest’s reactions to a changing climate
Climate change will surely have an influence on the distribution and composition of our forests. Three tools have been put in place to monitor how the forest is reacting to these changes: phenological observations, meteorological measurements and monitoring to foliage deficit.

Tree nutrition and atmospheric pollution
To monitor forest health, it is indispensable to follow tree nutrition, linked to soil fertility and atmospheric deposits.

Changes in biodiversity
The forest hosts specific flora. These species are precious bio-indicators for forest health and environmental changes (climate change, atmospheric deposits, modifications in the soil…).
